How our packages work

Working on your brand doesn’t have to be hard, our simple process of working makes room for all the fun collaboration and none of the stress. From the moment you book your package with us you’ll be kept in the loop, have access to all your documents in one place and find the whole process a joy to be a part of (we promise).

Step 01: Climb aboard

Prep makes for a smooth journey. Once you’ve secured your package, your client portal will be activated, and along with it will be the Brand Questionnaire & Visual Homework for you to work through ahead of your package start date. We’ve had it on good authority from past clients that this part of the process is super fun, so enjoy diving into your thoughts, ideas, hopes and dreams.

Step 02: Ride the waves

Clearly you’ll be marking down the days until your project start date, but if not, don’t worry we’ll drop you a note to say we’re kicking off. Depending on your project you’ll receive a mixture of review prompts, call schedulers and assets, straight to your client portal and inbox.  Just sit back and enjoy watching your brand take form.

Step 03: Into the sunset

Once we’re all wrapped up, you’ll receive all your brand documents and depending on the package, a handover call. But, it doesn’t end there. All of our packages have a 30-day support added on, you’ll be able to contact us for any questions, no matter how big or small. Not ready to say goodbye? Us either. We have exclusive packages for our previous clients including The Launch Pack (social media visuals for launching your brand) and Design Days (have us tap into your design work on an exclusive rate).
