As this package concentrates on visuals only, it is important to feel like you have a good understanding of your business proposition and who your target audience is.
If you’re coming up to a change in your business, or what help setting this up from the get go, have a look at our Brand Identity package! That package combines the visual element of branding with the messaging.

Yes, however, we’ve carefully crafted these packages with service providers in mind, so let’s have a chat about your needs and how this all may be covered anyway.
We have a ‘in the club’ policy, once you’ve worked with Studio Pie, you’re in the club (for life!) - so additional design work in the future will be covered by our exclusive Design Day package.

We try to be as flexible as possible, typically we take a 25% deposit to secure your package upfront and then the rest will be due on completion.
We do offer payment plans also if the start date is more than 2 calendar months away.

Yes! We get asked this often, but we absolutely do. We’re lucky to have worked with business owners from all ends of the earth.
Our payment provider will be able to convert currency types, and we can do our best to flex our calls around your timezone.
As with all packages, the option to communicate via email/portal only is available in case we can’t line up to speak (or you’re not a fan of Zoom!)
